Candidate will input data directly in QAD-ERP software. Major responsibilities include creating new Bill of Material (BOM’s) , Routings and populating technical fields in the Item, Master Additionally, this person will need to work closely with other departments to help resolve issues and to insure all required fields are populated prior to switching part status from “NEW” to “ACCTIVE”
Create BOM’s , Routings and Idem Mater Date For manufactured products create new part numbers into the ERP system and maintain codes and status of parts work with Engineering, production, and materials departments to assist in coordination of process changes to ensure documentation of product is accurate.
Review Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s) and change BOM’s and material usage as required.
Work closely with Process Engineering, Costing, Logistics, Planning and purchasing to maintain and create new P/N’s for WD, VMMI and PCR
1 – 3 years relevant experience, preferably with QAD –(MFGpro).
2 year Technical Degree.
